Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Overview
Vettara Launch is a product of Vettara Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Vettara Launch platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Vettara Launch is a browser-based launch audit platform. It evaluates web applications by executing real user flows in a live browser session, then generating a scored report with findings and recommendations.
Audits may include navigating pages, filling out forms with user-provided or test-generated data, clicking buttons, submitting actions, and observing the resulting application behavior. Results are interpreted from browser-execution evidence captured during the session.
3. Reports Are Informational Only
All audit reports generated by Vettara Launch are provided strictly for informational purposes. Our reports represent observations based on browser-executed user flows at a specific point in time. They are not a certification, guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any application's quality, security, or fitness for any purpose.
4. No Guarantee of Completeness
Our audits test a limited scope of application behavior based on user-provided intent flows and automated browser execution. We do not and cannot guarantee that all bugs, issues, vulnerabilities, or defects will be identified. Audits are limited to what is testable through browser-based interaction with accessible URLs. We do not scan source code, test server-side logic directly, or evaluate all possible edge cases.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vettara Systems assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, losses, or consequences arising from:
- Issues not identified during an audit
- Applications that are launched or remain in production with unresolved defects, whether or not those defects were identified in a Vettara report
- Decisions made based on the contents of an audit report
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our service or reliance on our reports
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. Reports are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Safe-Action Testing Policy
Vettara Launch executes real user flows in a live browser to test your application. This means our engine may interact with your app the way a real user would: navigating pages, clicking buttons, filling in form fields, and submitting actions.
What this includes:
- Navigating your application and following links
- Filling out forms with test data or user-provided credentials
- Clicking buttons and triggering in-app actions
- Capturing screenshots and recording observed behavior as evidence
What this does not include:
- Processing real payments or financial transactions
- Deleting production data or user accounts
- Accessing systems beyond the URLs you explicitly provide
- Performing security penetration testing or exploit scanning
By submitting an audit, you acknowledge that Vettara will interact with your application through normal user-facing actions. We recommend using a staging or test environment with test credentials when possible.
7. User Responsibilities
By submitting an application for audit, you represent and warrant that:
- You have authorization to submit the URL for testing
- The application is accessible at the provided URL
- Any credentials you provide are test or staging credentials, not production admin credentials
- You will not hold Vettara Systems liable for issues not identified during the audit
- You understand that audit results are advisory, not definitive
- You acknowledge that Vettara will execute user-facing actions in your application as part of the audit
8. Credits & Refund Policy
Your first audits on each site you own are free. Additional audit credits may be purchased at the current per-audit rate shown on our Pricing page. Audit credits are non-refundable once an audit has been initiated. Unused credits do not expire. Vettara Systems reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, though existing purchased credits will be honored.
Partial Audits: If an audit reaches its resource budget before all flows are fully tested, a partial report is generated. The credit is consumed because a report is delivered.
9. Ownership Attestation & Authorized Use
By submitting an audit, you attest that you are the owner of, or are explicitly authorized to test, the application at the provided URL. Auditing applications you do not own or have authorization to test is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and potential legal action. Vettara Systems reserves the right to restrict audits on certain domains to prevent abuse.
10. Data & Privacy
We do not claim ownership of your application, its content, or your audit data. Audit reports, findings, and evidence belong to you.
We keep your application data, audit results, and uploaded documents private to your account. Your results are not shared with other users or external parties.
For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, remaining credits may be forfeited.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
